President Kelly Foster
Ms. Kelly Foster is a Military Spouse, recently retired DoD Civilian with over 38 years of federal service to the Department of the Army. She held various leadership positions, led Army-wide programs and directly supported Senior Executives. She is the founder and CEO Motivated by Kelly, LLC, where they equip aspiring leaders to attain the prestigious Senior Executive Service rank by providing targeted training, personalized coaching, and resume audit services.
Kelly is currently the Director of Mentoring for the National Association for Future Federal Executives (NAFFE), she is the co-chair of the Senior Executives Association (SEA) Leadership Summit, and serves on the Professional Development Committee, the Human Capital, Policy, and Federal Engagement Communities of Practice. She is a 2024 graduate and the lead facilitator for Project Opportunity Entrepreneurial Business Planning Program.

I'm a proud Former Spouse with more than 20 years of Army adventures. I moved to APG over 10 years ago when I was a stay-at-home mom with 2 kids. I'm a contractor at DPW (Dept. of Public Works) for the acronym challenged.:) I'm the Volunteer/Community Outreach and Adventure Club Coordinator.

I am new to the Army Family, and excited to have learned so much from so many impressive women already. I live in PA and work from home for a nonprofit serving teachers. I love reading, singing, and trying to be healthy.

Hi! I’m Sarah Skolsky — a wife, mom of two, and gardening enthusiast living in HDG. I serve as the Membership/Subclub Chair, and I truly enjoy being part of this wonderful club and giving back to our community.

I am a 35-year career Government employee, and soon to be retiree. I am a married mother of 3 grown children. I have loved being a member of the APGCSC and look forward to having more time to serve and enjoy all it has to offer in retirement. In my free time, I love to walk, read, travel and spend time with my family.

My name is Elizabeth and I’m a proud military spouse! We moved to Aberdeen in 2025 and have very much loved being involved with the club. By day, I run my own financial planning practice and absolutely love helping people! When I’m not working, my husband and I love spending time with our rescue dog Ruger, going to local breweries, and giving back to the community. Being a part of apgcsc has given me a wonderful group to rely on and spend time with when family is far away!
