A PLACE FOR FELLOWSHIP

SERVING THE ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND COMMUNITY

Our Purpose

The purpose of the APGCSC is to broaden and enrich the lives of its members by developing leadership skills, creating a sense of unity within Aberdeen Proving Ground, and strengthening the relationships between the military and surrounding communities. APGCSC sponsors educational, charitable, social, recreational, and other activities for the community. An important part of the club’s mission is to give back to the community through annual scholarship awards.

A Message from the President,
Kelly Foster

My name is Kelly Foster, and I have the honor of serving as President of the Aberdeen Proving Ground Community Spouses' Club (APG CSC). Whether you've just arrived at APG or you've been part of this community for years, I'm so glad you're here.

Being a part of the military community means learning to build a home and a community again and again, sometimes on short notice, and always with a lot of heart. The APG CSC exists to make that a little easier. We welcome service members, military spouses, civilians, contractors, and anyone else affiliated with Aberdeen Proving Grounds.

We're a nonprofit organization run entirely by volunteers, and our mission is simple: to bring spouses and families at Aberdeen Proving Ground together through friendship, support, and service. Over the years, we've raised funds for scholarships, welfare grants, and local charities, all while creating a place where members of our community can connect, find support, and make lasting friendships.

No matter your background or how long you plan to call APG home, there's a place for you here. Some of our members are brand new to military life, others are seasoned veterans of PCS moves, and many are somewhere in between; what we all have in common is a desire to build community together.

Getting involved is easy. We'd love for you to join us at one of our upcoming events or general meetings, where you can meet fellow members, learn more about what we do, and find out how to get plugged in, whether that's through membership, a committee, volunteering, or simply showing up to say hello. No experience or commitment required to start; just come as you are.

I'm so grateful you've found your way to us, and I hope this is the beginning of a wonderful connection with our community. If you have any questions or just want to introduce yourself, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Welcome to the family.

With warmth,

Kelly Foster
